Fight depression with exercise

Thursday, August 11, 2011

When you are depressed or a little more sad, it is best to consider cutting the flatness and out of the pit. These mental states are not easy to fight, but in truth the only one that can leave them is you, and the will to do is just need to know to find it.

One of the strategies recommended cutting these periods of sadness and anxiety is linked to being active, of course. I mean exercise, a commonplace in negative mood and undesirable situations.

This is so to such an extent that the recommendations of doctors to their patients to make physical activity are increasing. This shows that the practice of prescribing drugs (psychotropic drugs) for depression is being phased out, and that medicine is strategies focusing on simple and not at all harmful (no side effects), many of them associated with sports, as we see.

Even the British Mental Health Foundation surveyed two hundred medical professionals, and the conclusions reached are quite compelling. 22% of doctors recommended their patients consulted the practice of physical activity to eliminate the state of depression.

This shows the growing interest of medicine in the exercise as a means to eliminate depression is a fact, and really this is a valid solution to eliminate such problems.
