This is more of a news story than anything else because we haven't yet been able to try the new oatmeal being offered up by Burger King. The oatmeal will only be available from 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM, and for a price around $2.00 that either comes in plain original or topped with an assortment of dried fruit that includes raisins, cranberries, cherries, and blueberries all topped off with maple syrup. Quaker is the one providing all the oatmeal to Burger King, which gives both of the companies a way to increase their profits at a time when nearly every American is trying to eat healthier. Each serving of plain oatmeal will be around 130 calories, while the more than likely sugar laden Maple oatmeal will hover around twice the calories at 260. Will you be trying out the new Burger King Oatmeal? let us know.
